All 3 bedrooms have access to big and comfortable private balconies and to the common space.
Fully furnished (with full set of bed sheets / covers and bath towels provided) and equipped (big NO FROST refrigerator, electric cuisine, washing machine, microwaves oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner and water filter). Full series of dishes and cooking sets).

3 private bedrooms with private bathroom EACH. Each room has double bed, own private air conditioning unit, own closet, own Smart TV, own office with desk and balcony. The balcony doors are inclining for continuous flow of fresh air. The tap water is drinkable and filtered through high quality and efficiency filter.
Also pharmacies, medical centers and private doctors are established around the apartment.
The apartment has a safety main entrance door.
